Barrier Liner shall be Leno Weave, open mesh fabric manufactured from high tenacity polyester yarn coated with flexible PVC manufactured per procedure #8011-SBS. The mesh style is a wind stable design. The material shall not cold crack after 24 hours @ -40 degrees Fahrenheit. Material shall have an ultraviolet light and color treatment. The net shall meet all applicable ASTM F24 Standards.
